Hi, I’m Jenn—the founder of Edge Fitness and someone who believes that fitness should feel empowering, not overwhelming. With over 18 years of experience in healthcare as a Registered Nurse and a lifelong passion for movement, I created Edge Fitness to be more than just a gym—it’s a place where people can build lasting strength, inside and out.

Outside the Gym

When I’m not coaching clients or planning new ways to elevate Edge Fitness, I’m a proud mom of two young men. I love MMA, board games, outdoor adventures, and if I ever get a rare moment of rest… I’m probably asleep.

Why I Created Edge Fitness

I built Edge Fitness because I wanted a place where people could train with purpose, recover with intention, and be treated like individuals—not membership numbers. This space reflects everything I’ve learned over two decades of working in health and wellness. It’s built for transformation—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
